now i'm listening to zeraphine, since so many people have put them on their 'other bands i like' list. they kind of remind me of a gothy, german version of that 80s british band 'the smiths'.

guess I was a bit confused... it was just eol and me I think mentioning them but I hinted at them wherever I could.
@dizzyweasel: So do you listen to them to the first time now?
Which songs did you try?
Well, and if you like the voice you should try Dreadful Shadows, the vocalist's former band

i downloaded some tracks off the traumaworld cd - be my rain, light your stars and schreit dein herz. i like it so far - it's kind of pop-y, but in a good way.

You should try NO TEARS and FOR A MOMENT, for me the best English songs from that album.
and definitely something from their first output Kalte Sonne, songs are just in German there. maybe try Sterne Sehen, Die Wirklichkeit and Kalte Sonne.
Dreadful Shadows where darker and *harder in a dark way* if one can say it that way.
