Entwine have to decide......goth or rock or suicidal or love metal!!!!!!!....... Laughing Laughing Laughing

for me dieversity is a "transition" album for "testing" the various potentialities of the band and to go far away from Him ,to be honest some dieversity(someone to blame and bitter sweet) songs are for me not so brilliant .But my tastes are more oriented on melancholy and dispair so take my opinion "cum grano salis"(my opinion is not so important) Very Happy

ShamRain for me is the best album from one year now (in music, not only metal),there Mika voice is perfect Cool

Surely changing the sound it a sign of intelligence and honesty Very Happy .......
I am sure that Him'll continue for at least 10 years with the same riffs the same voice the same attitude.............until the bottle is empty and the show'll reach the end...........
so Him VS Entwine:1-2 Very Happy

tacking 'pseudo-' onto the beginning of a word has even more pejorative connotations than 'nu-' if you really want to insult something, call it 'pseudo-'

Hello there. Very Happy I'm Dead Inside from HIMonline. Just thought I'd say hi, I haven't really heard anything by Entwine so there's not much point in signing up.

Sorry to interupt the thread. x

That reminds me...when I first heard the term "nu metal" I was greatly confused...you see, in portuguese "nu" means naked. So I, for some odd reason I cannot understand myself, came up with a theory that it must be some kind of extra raw hardcore, with a very simplified song structure, thus being called "naked" for its lack of complex elements. That's what you get for forming an idea about a music style just based on how its name sounds in your native language

But yes, pseudo is much better an insult.
Back on topic: I personally liked Time of Despair better....the songs seemed to be more coherent, somewhat more developed. Might be because they were longer, they seemed to reach their fullest potential. I do love Dieversity, but to be it seems like it's more a sketch-album, each song is more of a study of potential approaches.
Which makes me very curious about the next album Entwine release.
