Everything will come back to the people who harm you.. believe me, it worked for me considering some people from my high school.. don't waste your energy on them. They're not worth it and you might end up beeing the asshole
Try to make something constructive out of it.. Let it out on a punching bag or a guitar (by playing not destroying *g*)
