Things that piss you off

I thought this would be an interesting topic. We all get pissed off by certain things and people so what are they? I propose that this is the thread where we can bitch, complain, and vent about people, things, and whatever else. So it's my turn first. I get annoyed by everyday little things like bad drivers --> those who don't use their turn signals (drives me crazy!!) and those who cut me off I also despise those who tailgate me when I'm already 20km over the speed limit. Then there are those who put garbage everywhere but in a garbage can. I see people toss bags of garbage out of their window while they are driving! But what drives me nuts is when there is a garbage can nearby and people still litter simply because they are too lazy to walk the few meters and use the garbage can. ARGH!

And finally I'll state the event that prompted this thread. Me and dizzyweasel know this guy at school, I kind of liked him (well I really really liked him ) and since I was too shy to talk to him she did all the talking for me. Anyway we kept inviting him to come out with us -- for coffee, movies, lunch, whatever and he was always busy studying. It got up to a point where we realized that he wasn't that interesting after all and he was REALLY REALLY boring. The guy has nothing exciting going on in his life and conversations tend to be awkward cause he nothing to talk about! So we both decided that he wasn't worth our time and we weren't going to bother inviting him to places anymore. End of story you would think right? Oh no! Out of the blue he e-mails me a few weeks ago talking about Euro2004 (he's really into football). He said that since I'm the only person in the same town who's into football maybe we could go out and watch a few games together. So I'm thinking okay, it might be fun to watch the games with someone since I usually watch them by myself. So I tell him that we should set up some days and he's like cool. He writes that he'll check the schedule and pick some days and we'll go watch some of the games and he'll email me back. So 2 days later I see him at school and the guy barely acknowledges me!! What the hell is up with that? And not only that, to this day he has NOT emailed me back yet! Not that I care or anything. I've been watching the games with my dad and it's been great because it's the only thing we have in common so it's been kind of a bonding experience. But the thing that pisses me off is that he's blown me off without me even trying! HE was the one that emailed me. HE was the one that suggested this. I was going to drag dizzyweasel along because i didn't want to get stuck in a boring conversation with him. But then he completely ignores me. He's such a dumbass! AAARRRRGGGGHHHH!!!! Mad

This really really makes me mad, I mean at least he should have the courtesy to mail me and tell me that he's busy or something. Don't set up something with me and then ignore me.

And yeah, everyone feel free to vent. Anything that makes you mad, tell us about it Very Happy

he has no sense of social etiquette whatsoever.

hmm...what pisses me off? PEOPLE WHO DON'T CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES!!! dirtbags!

and jerks who hassle you about liking something, then turn around and get into it themselves - HYPOCRITES! Mad

and people who are always late. 1 hour late is not "fashionably late" you jerks!

and people who think 'i'll call you back later' actually means 'i'll call you next week'

erm, i guess i have a lot of rage today. actually, last night i was ready to take off my shoe and beat someone to death with it...that guy is just lucky it takes me so long to get my boot off, that's all i'm saying. Mad

I really hate people who can't say their opinion straight to you. Then you hear from others what he/she has been talking behind your back. Though I don't care what people think of me but I really don't like that. Then there are people who spread your business around the village. AARRGH, that really makes me mad

my mum tells everything about me to my grandma and she tells it to all other relatives. that's horrible when all my relatives "know" my things better than I. but nowadays i don't tell anything to my mum... sometimes it's annoying when some of my friends say bad stuff about my fav bands only cos i like them. but this is not so bad as... I've 2 friends who are always argueing, another is obsessed by that she has to have different opinion than the other. (sorry for my english) that must be really annoying to the other of them.. and it's annoying to me to listen them...

now i remember one other thing about my family... my dad and my brothers never put dihes to dishwasher. and they never put butter and milk to the fridge. and they never empty the dishwasher. my mum says that my brothers are so young that they don't have to... they're 13, they can do everything as i can
and my brothers get all the same benefits as i, but they don't get the dutys

...people who cannot say what they think. like my friend can't tell what kind of music she likes, cos we'd think she was weard. but i already know that she likes O-zone, and Eamon... that's just usual, but really sucks...

people who are patronizing, and try to tell you your own opinion! like, i'm 23, and i know that i don't want to have kids. but every time someone learns that, they pat me on the head and tell me 'you'll change your mind in a few years'. no, i won't! i think if by 23 i've made a decision like that, one that i've considered for over 10 years, I'M NOT GOING TO CHANGE MY MIND!!! Mad

geez...yeah, that really pisses me off.
