it's a idea that was born at www.comometal.com from me and others two freaks,we don't know nothing about gigs stuffs but maybe you know something....it would be a dream for me.....but i know that is quite impossible....but as i said before i am stubborn as hell so....

The main thing that we could do is talking with the public autorities of Cernobbio(the place for gigs near Como) and contact some promoters....were are all students so no money from us

You can do that.. but as I mentioned in the old forum, I think it might be quite hard to get enough paying fans or ask so much for the tickets to get through with the budget. Not because I think that the three bands don't have enough fans but because they have more or less the same fan community and because it's quite expensive to get 16 bandmembers plus technicians (lets say 4.. at least) and the equipment from Finland to Italy (and once you have them in Milan at the airport you have to get a bus to get them to Como). Only the plane tickets (lets count 20 people and 300Euro/person) could get around 6000Euro, and still, that's without the costs for the overweight of the luggage, without the payment for the bands (which especially for Sentenced probably would be quite something), the food, the drinks (we're talking about Finns here *ggg*), the bus from and back to the airport, the hotel, the club, the advertisement (posters, flyer..)...
How much can you ask in Italy for a gig like that? Let's say 20Euro? You should be able to count with at least 500 people to get into the green area with the budget (and still, the bigger the club, the more it costs to rent it).. and I still might have forgotten to mention some costs up there *g*..

The best thing you can do is to find a club/club owner who would be interested into getting the three bands (actually the best thing is if you allready can make them an offer and mention them a price). Then you allready have the club, someone who is able to pay and someone who might know the right people to keep the other costs lower (printing agency for the advertisment, a cheap hotel...). I did it once more or less like that but we knew that the club would be sold out and the bands (three finnish bands actually *g*) were on tour so it was way cheaper to book them.

Thx,the place could be at Casnate,it is a small pala-sport(for basketball playing) of 1000 people, there is a large parking and the main road from Milan is very near Cool
The autority of Casnate usually are very tolerant about gigs.....for me a public place is better than a club or disco because the public doesn't have any extra(money)interest but only a "advertising" and "prestige" interest but i'll keep you informed about how the stuffs are developing Very Happy Cool

if that's your dream, my dream would be to see Nightwish and Entwine at the same place... and they were in Olso. I would have had money to do that twice, but you know.... my mum don't let me 20 km's away from home.

well with my luck, they'll have a gig in here next year, ad I'll be in sweden or somewhere. this summer here in tampere there was 3 music festivals and I was away, so that I couldn't go to any of them. so i missed Nightwish, Thunderstone, Entwine, Charon, Sentenced, Suburban tribe and Uniklubi.
